More about the Study-Group

The current business environment is dominated by one main challenge: constant change.
How do businesses meet this challenge?  How do they maintain growth when the goal posts are forever shifting?

Businesses that work in silos and whose staff fail to collaborate effectively, will not survive the shifting goal posts in the digital age. This forum and the workshops will provide insights on how to encourage and manage internal collaboration. You will also explore how to effectively achieve external brand consistency, across multiple online channels.

Having a consistent online presence not only increases brand awareness, but also builds brand reputation which in turn helps to attract and retain premium clients and talented staff.  But if it’s not managed well, the brand can be damaged and the online presence weakened.

This one-day conference and the workshops to follow will explore two strategies:

  1. Achieving effective collaboration within the organisation.
  2. Achieving continuity of the brand across ever-expanding online channels
