This two-day interactive masterclass will provide you with the opportunity to engage with the masterclass leader and other attendees to define how you can take your organisation’s change efforts further from a communicative perspective. You will take part in interactive activities and discussions and leave this masterclass enthused and equppied with new strategies and ideas to implement in your workplace.

  • How you can provide your change champions with the skills and knowledge to manage resistance to change

Meet your Masterclass Leader:

Dr Jennifer Frahm is an experienced change communicator having worked in a broad range of companies undergoing change for the last 18 years. She consults to a variety of organisations in private and public sector with varying change communication issues.

Jennifer is keen to work with the issues that are most pressing for you. She is an active member of the IABC and sits on the Victorian Chapter Board. She is also the Communication Director of the Asia Pacific Regional Board of the IABC. Her PhD is in management, and focused on the employees’ response to change communication. She is the Director of Jennifer Frahm Collaborations, a change management and communication services consultancy, and lectures for Melbourne based universities.
