Tackling Partner Underperformance in Law Firms |

The issue of underperformance at partner level is incredibly agonising and sensitive in law firms. In preparing for this report Nick Jarrett-Kerr had contact with around 22 carefully selected law firms of all sizes across the world – from the UK, the US, Scandinavia, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand – by means of interview, case study and a specially designed and focused survey, the results of which are shown in the Appendix.
