About the workshop:
This workshop focusses on how government departments can use owned media channels for content-driven, connected communication that improves visibility and reputation and helps you to engage effectively with clients.
In this practical workshop, Dionne will help you work through a strategic goal your team has set for 2017 in relation to communication to:
• Identify your audience, channels and spheres of influence that will help you reach your goals
• Develop a creative cut-through content approach and schedule that fits within the governance framework and communications protocols expected of government departments
• Walk away with an outline of an annual plan that you can flesh out with your team

About the workshop leader:
